Austin, Tex-based customer marketing service eRelevance announces several milestones as it continues to experience growth in revenue, customer acquisition, and staff.
These milestones include earning 275% revenue growth in the past four quarters, achieving its 1,000th customer, and executing its 10,000th integrated, multichannel digital customer marketing campaign.
“Our continued momentum and success proves we’re succeeding in fulfilling that mission for the small- and medium-size businesses we serve,” says eRelevance CEO and co-founder Bob Fabbio, in a media release.
“Every day, our sophisticated, yet simple and affordable, customer marketing service is increasing the lifetime value of our clients’ customers and helping their customers build stronger relationships outside the point of care. And for every dollar our clients spend on the eRelevance service, we’re returning, on average, five dollars in revenue,” he adds.
Among its personnel growth is a doubling of its employee base in the last 12 months, and the expansion of its executive team.
eRelevance’s strategic partnership program, launched in the aesthetic healthcare space earlier this year, now includes 10 industry partners in the aesthetic devices and services market.
These partnerships are among the key factors that are driving the company’s growth, according to eRelevance.
