Aesthetic Management Partners (AMP) has added ATTIVA, an intelligent subdermal radiofrequency platform, to its clinical technology portfolio. Developed by Italy-based Tema Medicina, the technology is being offered through a partnership with AMP to expand access. The platform delivers controlled thermal energy into subdermal tissue to support tissue remodeling, firmness, definition, tone, and texture.
Developed for application on the face, neck, jawline, submental area, and body, the device provides a minimally invasive treatment option designed with limited patient downtime, the company reports.

Subdermal Cannula Delivery and Real-Time Monitoring
The system utilizes intelligent radiofrequency technology, which delivers thermal energy beneath the skin via a fine, insulated cannula placed directly into targeted subdermal tissue, according to the announcement. AMP states that this energy delivery is engineered to produce immediate collagen contraction while stimulating progressive collagen and elastin regeneration over time.
To manage procedural safety and energy precision, the platform incorporates proprietary ATTIVA subdermal induced heat technology. This system supplies dual real-time temperature monitoring through continuous internal and external thermal feedback during treatment, the release states.

The platform’s release comes amid rising clinical demand for skin-tightening and contour-refinement modalities driven by the widespread adoption of GLP-1 receptor agonists, AMP notes. As GLP-1 medications help more patients achieve significant weight loss, attention is growing around the visible changes that can follow reductions in facial and body volume.
According to the company, ATTIVA allows plastic surgery and aesthetic practices to offer minimally invasive soft-tissue remodeling for these patients without requiring excisional surgery. AMP emphasizes that treatment plans should be individually tailored by qualified medical providers based on individual patient anatomy, health status, and specific weight-loss timelines.
