No April fools here! Octogenarian Joan Collins posted a photo to Instagram on Friday, April 1, after her friend Jane Seymour denied ever having plastic surgeryโ€”which she called a rarity in Hollywood. Not so, according to Collins, who wrote: โ€œI am another #actress in #hollywood who hasnโ€™t had any โ€œworkโ€ done @janeseymourโ€”thereโ€™s many of us! @dailyexpress.โ€

Collins was referencing a recent interview that Seymour, 71, gave to the Daily Express in which she claimed to never having gone under the knife. โ€œI am unusual in Hollywood in not having work done. I only know one other actress who hasnโ€™t had itโ€”though she might have now!โ€ the โ€œDr. Quinn, Medicine Womanโ€ star said.

โ€œI felt as an actress, I needed to have all the moving parts moving. And Iโ€™m at the point in life where itโ€™s not all about looking perfect โ€“ itโ€™s about playing a character,โ€ she added.

Perhaps Seymour doesnโ€™t remember speaking to People magazine in 2007 when she copped to getting some work done around her eyes. โ€œGenetically I had baggy eyes, and photographers said they didnโ€™t want to spend money endlessly having to eradicate the bags,โ€ she said about the โ€œminorโ€ procedure more than a decade ago.
