The S Tip enables broader coverage for radiofrequency-based aesthetic procedures, targeting areas like the abdomen, arms, and legs.

Cartessa Aesthetics’ radiofrequency aesthetic device, Everesse, is expanding beyond facial tightening to body treatments with the new S Tip.

Developed in South Korea by Classys, the S Tip makes it possible for Everesse to treat skin across the body, including the abdomen, arms, legs, buttocks, and more.

The S Tip, now available in the US and Canada, features a 16.0 cm² surface area, a tilted, curved design for contact over contoured areas, and real-time contact detection to facilitate even energy distribution. These advancements are available on the other tips used primarily on the face, neck, and to treat delicate areas like the perioral and periocular regions.

Rosalyn George, MD, founder of Wilmington Dermatology Center, is among the first providers in the US to perform treatments using the S Tip. “My patients have been looking for a non-invasive treatment to target the loss of collagen and elasticity, not just on their face as they age, but on their bodies as well,” she says in a release. “The addition of the S Tip for EVERESSE has been a game changer in my practice. It is safe and effective with virtually no discomfort. The larger surface area of the S Tip also makes treatment faster and easier to delegate.”

Everesse is known for delivering non-invasive skin tightening using 6.78 MHz monopolar radiofrequency energy, targeting both layers of the dermis for double-depth collagen generation. The system’s water cooling technology is designed to ensure patient comfort and safety, with treatments typically completed in under 30 minutes.

With the addition of the S Tip, Everesse offers providers an option for delivering skin-tightening treatments from the face to the body.
