The company presented clinical data on its PCL-based collagen stimulator, positioning it within a shift toward treatments targeting skin laxity.
Dexlevo outlined its positioning of polycaprolactone (PCL)-based collagen stimulators as part of a broader shift in aesthetic treatments toward addressing skin laxity and structural aging and highlighted clinical data on its product, Gouri, during the IMCAS World Congress 2026 in Paris.
The company describes increasing interest in treatments that target underlying structural changes in the skin, including collagen loss and reduced dermal support, rather than focusing solely on wrinkle reduction or volume restoration. According to Dexlevo, this includes growing use of biostimulatory products designed to induce neocollagenesis.
Gouri is a liquid PCL-based collagen stimulator developed using the company’s collagenesis-enabled solubilized active and biodegradable polymer (CESABP) technology. The product is formulated without microparticles and is designed to disperse throughout the dermal layer following injection.
Dexlevo says this delivery profile is intended to support more uniform collagen stimulation across the face, compared with localized effects associated with some particle-based fillers.
At the IMCAS World Congress 2026, Dr Seung-min Oh, chief director of ON Clinic and academic chair of the Korean Association of Laser, Dermatology, and Trichology, presented clinical findings related to Gouri, including outcomes described as improvements in redness, skin texture, and volume, as well as injection techniques based on facial anatomy.
“Thanks to the unique spreadability of the fully liquid type PCL, Gouri can induce natural collagen regeneration across the entire face,” said Dr. Seung-min Oh, chief director of O& Clinic and academic chair of the Korean Association of Laser, Dermatology, and Trichology. “By precisely leveraging this spreadability with a deep understanding of anatomical structures, we can provide patients with the most natural and healthy results. It is time for ‘Precision Aesthetics,’ rooted in clinical data, to become the universal standard.”
Dexlevo develops aesthetic products based on its CESABP technology platform, including Gouri, which it describes as a fully liquid PCL-based collagen stimulator.
