XOD Aesthetics on Demand, a provider of mobile aesthetic solutions, announced Bertha Baum, MD, a dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, as its first clinical excellence leader. In addition, the firm welcomed Terri Ross and Brandon James Thompson to its advisory board.

Baum, a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon based in Florida, is recognized for her expertise in skincare, cosmetic dermatology, and laser technologies. She has contributed to numerous scientific publications and remains involved in dermatological organizations.
“I’m looking forward to being a part of XOD’s clinical excellence leaders and bringing my expertise in developing the next generation of energy-based devices. We’re also thrilled to be the first dermatology office in Florida to offer Breeze & WonderTouch devices in our clinic,” she says in a release.
Advisory Board Additions
Terri Ross is a thought leader in practice management and high-performance sales coaching, with over 15 years in the medical aesthetics sector. As the founder and CEO of Terri Ross Consulting, she has helped scale aesthetic practices through strategic development and training. Having led national sales teams for Fortune 500 companies and co-founded the 4S Summit, Ross is passionate about driving industry growth.

He has experience in building sales teams, raising capital, and launching startups.
