New education hub expands company’s clinical training footprint across Asia-Pacific.
Teoxane has opened its first Asia-Pacific (APAC) Regional Academy in Bangkok, Thailand, expanding its global medical education network with a dedicated regional training center.
Located on Level 12 of One Bangkok Tower 4, the Academy is designed to support clinical education for licensed aesthetic practitioners across the APAC region. The facility will host hands-on training, educational programs, and professional exchange focused on science-based aesthetic practice.
The APAC Regional Academy is intended to serve as a regional education hub, supporting practitioner training through structured curricula, technique development, and collaboration with key opinion leaders and clinicians throughout the region.
“Asia-Pacific is one of the most dynamic aesthetics regions in the world,” says Can Ongen, chief operating officer at Teoxane, in a release. “Opening our first APAC Regional Academy reflects our commitment and trust in the practitioners who shape the future of aesthetic medicine.”
The Academy officially opened on Jan 13, with Teoxane leadership and regional partners gathering in Bangkok to mark the launch. According to Krishna Sai, vice president of APAC, evolving patient expectations across the region are influencing treatment approaches and training needs. “Consumers across Asia now treat aesthetics as a lifestyle—prioritising skin quality, personalisation, and subtle refinement,” Sai says in a release. “The academy helps practitioners meet those expectations with scientific precision.”
Advancing Education Across APAC
Developed in collaboration with international experts, the academy will offer evidence-based education programs, including training on the MLT 3.1 injection approach and ATP methodology for personalized aesthetic assessment. Educational formats will include:
- Workshops
- Expert roundtables
- Regional symposia
- Live and digital learning resources
Initial Programs and Training Focus
The academy’s first programs include Train-the-Trainer sessions and education centered on Teoxane babyGLOW, a treatment approach focused on skin quality. Training will be led by Dr Silvia Caboni, one of the clinicians involved in developing the methodology.
Following a soft launch in Spain in late 2025, early feedback from European practitioners highlighted the program’s emphasis on clinical science and efficiency in treatment delivery.
Supporting Regional Practice Development
According to the company, the academy will offer tiered education pathways designed to support both foundational and advanced clinical skills, drawing on Teoxane’s hyaluronic acid-based product portfolio and its medical education framework.
“This academy allows us to deepen our mission: to elevate aesthetic practice through education that is rigorous, hands-on, and rooted in real-world clinical experience,” said Dr Mounia Heddad Masson, director of global medical education and medical affairs, in a release. “By working closely with our regional experts, we can accompany practitioners throughout their entire learning journey—from foundational skills to advanced mastery.”
