According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), 24,000 Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) were performed in 2018 – an increase of 19% over the previous year. Since then, those number have continued to rise as more and more women and men are on the hunt for an hourglass shape, complete with curvy hips and a robust butt.
But when you consider the downtime, which can range from four weeks to six months, finding a less-invasive alternative to a BBL may be more realistic for many.
