I think The Night Ofโs portrayal of John Stoneโs eczema is generally accurate?โ?and specifically strong on how patients with severe eczema have their life altered by the disease. But of course itโs overdramatized. Someone whoโs had terrible eczema for years and years wouldnโt be buying over-the-counter remedies like Stone does, and itโs hard to imagine the first doctor he sees sending him away without a steroid prescription of some sort.
