Advantage Play, a new in-office digital signage solution developed by Candace Crowe Design, will receive its official debut during the annual meeting of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
The solution comprises multiple options enabling aesthetic practices to create personalized multimedia experiences that can turn their TVs into revenue generators. It uses a small device that fits behind a flat-screen television.
According to Candace Crowe Design, staff can upload the practiceโs own videos, choose from over 100 videos of the most popular aesthetic procedures and treatments, easily build their own ads from a template library, and provide patients with text-based news and updates that scroll along the bottom of the television screen.
A media release from Candace Crowe Design highlights a selection of practice ownersโ impressions of the new solution:
โWeโve seen an increase in attendance at our events and more interest in the specials weโve promoted with Advantage Play,โ says Mandy Parks, practice administrator for Plastic Surgery Associates of Valdosta.
Linda Masterson Glaser, practice administrator for Pinsky Plastic Surgery, calls Advantage Play a business jewel. โItโs going to build revenue. People are going to see all kinds of services that they didnโt come here for that they didnโt know were available.โ
Five Advantage Play devices placed throughout Pinsky Plastic Surgeryโin the reception lobby, the treatment rooms, and at checkoutโoffers unique content in each area. In addition to using some of the videos from the included library, the practice uploaded its own Plastic Surgery Chanel HD videos, and custom ads.
โWeโve been waiting years for a product like this. We love it,โ Glaser adds.
