The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a wearable, blue-light device for treating mild psoriasis at home. It offers a gentle treatment that’s easy to use. You simply strap it onto your arm or leg where you have mild psoriasis.
Because blue light is UV-free, the device isn’t known to cause skin cancer or signs of premature skin aging, such as wrinkles or age spots.
