More than 66% of women would either “like” or “like it a great deal” if they received a gift card for waxing services for the holidays, according to a survey conducted by the European Wax Center in New York City, in conjunction with SurveyMonkey.
In the survey of more than 1,000 US women, 53% felt that giving and receiving gift cards is useful. More than 50% believe that a waxing-service gift card is appropriate to give/receive as a gift, and more than 60% would be extremely likely to use waxing services in the next 12 months. What’s more, 80% of women between the ages of 18 to 44 have purchased beauty-related gift cards for someone else in the past 12 months.
