Allergan Aesthetics has launched “The One & Only,” its largest marketing campaign for BOTOX Cosmetic, featuring real patients and emphasizing self-expression.

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, has introduced a new nationwide marketing campaign for BOTOX Cosmetic titled “The One & Only.” The campaign, described as the brand’s largest to date, will appear across linear and connected TV, digital platforms, social media, and out-of-home advertising.

Campaign Highlights Real Patients

“The One & Only” campaign features real people, including both new and returning patients, who have been treated with BOTOX Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA). The campaign shows each person engaged in their personal interests to illustrate that they remain their unique selves post-treatment. The tagline is, “The one & only BOTOX Cosmetic. The one & only you.”

Company Statement on Authenticity

“Just as each person is distinct, so too are their aesthetic goals. As a champion of authenticity, Allergan Aesthetics’ new campaign features real people, not actors, who rely on BOTOX Cosmetic’s precise, predictable results,” said Glen Curran, senior vice president, U.S., Allergan Aesthetics. “When it comes to being yourself and choosing treatment with BOTOX Cosmetic, there’s no substitute for the real thing. The one and only BOTOX Cosmetic continues to empower patients throughout their treatment journey.”

Market Research and Recognition

Allergan reports that 77 percent of treated consumers believe BOTOX Cosmetic is worth the cost, and 91 percent say they will continue using the product if recommended by their specialist. In 2025, Cosmopolitan magazine named BOTOX Cosmetic “Best Injectable” in its Readers’ Choice Beauty Awards.

FDA Approvals and Global Reach

BOTOX Cosmetic has been FDA-approved for more than 20 years and holds the most FDA-approved aesthetic indications in its category, according to the company. These include moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead lines, and platysma bands. Over 100 million vials have been sold globally.
