The program visits nine US markets to provide training on operational performance, patient retention, and treatment protocols.
SkinHealth Systems announced the launch of Hydrafacial Impact, a national provider education program designed to help aesthetic practices increase the value of their Hydrafacial investments and support practice growth, according to a company press release.
The inaugural series will visit nine US markets through the end of 2026: Salt Lake City, Kansas City, Tampa, San Antonio, Grand Rapids, Baton Rouge, Richmond, New York, and Long Beach. The program focuses on the operational drivers of practice performance as aesthetic clinics prioritize new client acquisition, client retention, and engagement.
Operational Strategies and Clinical Protocols
The curriculum combines expert instruction, peer collaboration, and case-based learning to help providers implement strategies for growth. Key areas of focus include membership program best practices, combination treatment protocols, personalization techniques, and methods to improve return on investment, says SkinHealth Systems.
By incorporating Hydrafacial treatments more consistently into the client experience, providers can deliver stronger outcomes while increasing satisfaction, retention, and treatment frequency, according to the release.
“Our commitment to providers extends far beyond the treatment room,” says Whitney Cypes, chief brand and clinical innovation officer at SkinHealth Systems, in a release. “Hydrafacial Impact was developed in direct response to provider feedback and gives practices practical tools to strengthen client relationships, operate more effectively, and drive growth.”
Expansion of Provider Training
The new series adds to what the company describes as “one of the aesthetics industry’s most comprehensive provider education platforms.” SkinHealth Systems has trained more than 60,000 providers worldwide through its portfolio of programs, including certification at experience centers in New York and Long Beach, dinner series, in-office training sessions, and a library of more than 120 on-demand virtual education programs.
“The most successful practices make Hydrafacial treatments an integral part of their business and client journey—from personalized treatment plans and complementary services to membership programs and long-term retention strategies,” says Cypes in a release. “Hydrafacial Impact is designed to make those proven approaches actionable across our provider network.”
