Dr. Windell Davis-Boutte—the “dancing doctor” whose videos of herself rapping, dancing and groping the flesh of anesthetized patients went viral—has sued the Georgia Composite Medical Board over its yanking her medical license.
Davis-Boutte filed suit against the Medical Board, seeking an injunction or temporary restraining order striking the suspension and arguing that she “was given no notice or opportunity to be heard prior to the summary suspension of her license.”
