A UKRAINE plastic surgeon has been slammed for taking selfies with his unconscious patients while performing surgery. Edgar Kaminskyi, 31, has been a plastic surgeon for eight years but his most recent practise of taking photos while his team operates on their patients is what has attracted the most attention.
