The FDA-cleared system gains a new CE certification for sexual function and introduces posture-based training protocols to support broader clinical applications.
Rejuva Fresh, a provider of non-invasive aesthetic and wellness solutions, announced expanded CE certification and design upgrades for its Emstrong platform for pelvic health and intimate wellness.
Emstrong, which is US Food and Drug Administration-cleared for treating urinary incontinence in both men and women, now also holds an additional CE-mark certification for enhancing sexual function in patients with somatic sexual arousal disorders caused by weak pelvic floor muscles.

Emstrong is marketed toward med spas, clinics, and for at-home use.
Backed by clinical outcomes and patient feedback, Rejuva Fresh reports improvements with the use of Emstrong across several areas of pelvic health and sexual function. According to the company, users have seen gains in sexual satisfaction and desire, better orgasm quality, and—among men—improved ability to maintain an erection during intercourse. Women reported improvements in vaginal tissue tightness and symptoms related to vaginal prolapse, along with increased pelvic muscle endurance. The company also notes benefits for anorectal and gluteal concerns, including reduced hemorrhoid symptoms, decreased constipation, and strengthened sphincter and piriformis muscles.
