New and pre-owned FDA-approved aesthetic devices are now available nationwide through an expanded sourcing model.
MNML Aesthetics announced it has expanded its national offering to provide practices across the United States with access to both US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved certified pre-owned and new aesthetic technologies through a single sourcing partner.
The Dallas-based company says the expansion broadens purchasing options for providers seeking medical-grade aesthetic equipment, including both legacy platforms and newer technologies.
MNML Aesthetics, which has operated in the pre-owned aesthetic device market for nearly 20 years, says it is also adjusting its approach to include a more consultative purchasing process. The model is intended to help practices evaluate equipment options based on factors such as cost, performance, and business needs, whether selecting new or pre-owned systems.
The company says providers can access certified pre-owned devices through its primary platform, while FDA-approved new technologies are available through a separate offering. The expanded portfolio is aimed at giving practices more flexibility in how they invest in equipment.
According to MNML Aesthetics, in some cases practices may be able to purchase newer FDA-approved devices at price points similar to certain pre-owned systems, depending on the technology and configuration.
“Providers deserve more than a sales pitch—they deserve clear information, better economics, and guidance that supports the long-term health of their business,” says Austin Podowski, CEO of MNML Aesthetics, in a release. “Our role is to help practices make the right decision based on their goals, not to force them into a one-size-fits-all purchase. Whether that means sourcing a legacy platform or introducing a newer FDA-approved alternative, we want the process to be transparent, strategic, and built around real outcomes.”
The company also emphasizes a purchasing model that focuses on pricing transparency and decision support. MNML Aesthetics positions this approach as an alternative to traditional sales structures in the aesthetic device market.
In addition to equipment sourcing, MNML Aesthetics says it provides services including quality control, training, service support, warranty options, and marketing resources. These services are intended to support implementation and ongoing use of the technology.
