RepeatMD has launched V3, a new AI-powered platform designed to help aesthetic and wellness practices grow revenue through automation.
RepeatMD has released V3, a platform built to help cash-pay aesthetic and wellness practices grow revenue without added staff or capital. The launch introduces AI-powered features that enable 24/7 patient engagement and sales.
Features and Capabilities
V3 includes AI advisors—Adonis and Aria AI—that assist patients in selecting treatments, booking appointments, and completing purchases. In beta, they helped sell over $50,000 in treatments and saved over 1,000 hours for staff, according to RepeatMD.
The platform also offers digital gift cards that are instantly available and branded, allowing patients to purchase and share treatments at any time. Its referral rewards system gamifies patient engagement, turning existing clients into promoters. MyProducts enables practices to sell in-clinic products online with options for pickup or delivery, creating a digital storefront. SkinDrop, a drop-shipping service managed by RepeatMD, gives practices access to over 1,000 skincare products from more than 50 medical-grade brands, with no inventory or logistics required.
Client Feedback
“Adonis AI sold an $8,800 package before we even opened. A patient chatted with him at 6:15 AM, got all their answers, and booked our top package that same morning,” said Dr Francesco Laterza of LaterzaMD.
“At LightRx, we’re committed to offering our patients the very best in aesthetic and wellness care, so it was a natural choice to partner with RepeatMD across all 29 of our locations. Their platform’s sophistication, scalability, and patient-first design give us confidence that no other system can better support our growth and elevate our practice. Together, we’re setting a new standard for how patients engage with care,” said Rich Morgan, CEO at LightRx, a leading medical aesthetic spa brand with 29 locations across the U.S. offering non-surgical treatments including body contouring, laser fat removal, skin tightening, and hair removal.
Company Growth
RepeatMD reports over 4,000 practices using its platform, with $3 billion in added revenue and a 2 million–strong patient base. CEO Phil Sitter said, “V3 will impact over 2 million patients on day one and serve as the foundation for our long-term growth strategy.”
