The facility features a dedicated training space for healthcare professionals and supports the company’s long-term investment in the dermatology market.
Galderma has officially opened its new US and Latin America headquarters in Miami, Florida, establishing a new operational center for its business in the region. The opening follows a period of growth, with the company reporting $3.134 billion in net sales for the first half of 2026, a 24.6% increase compared to the previous year.
Located in the Brickell district, the headquarters will serve as the primary base for US commercial roles across dermatological skincare and selected functional teams. The facility is designed to support the professional community, featuring a dedicated injection room for hands-on training, educational programs, and the development of instructional materials. Additionally, the space includes an installation modeled on the Alastin Signature Practice experience to show visiting professionals how peri-procedural skincare integrates into daily patient care.
“As our largest market, the United States is central to Galderma’s long-term growth. This investment reflects our confidence in its continued expansion and our ambition to build Galderma into a dermatology powerhouse, scientifically, commercially, and operationally. By bringing key members of our US and Latin America leadership teams together in Miami, we are creating a strategic hub that strengthens collaboration and enables us to execute our Integrated Dermatology Strategy with even greater impact,” says Flemming Ørnskov, MD, MPH, CEO of Galderma, in a release.
Focus on Professional Education
The company’s focus on professional education is reflected in its recent activities. To date in 2026, Galderma has hosted more than 1,000 Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network training events in the US, serving approximately 5,000 participants.
Miami was selected for its position as a premium market for aesthetics and consumer health, as well as its connectivity across the US and Latin America. The company expects to employ approximately 200 people at the Miami location over time.
“Our new headquarters reflects how we want to work—bringing together expertise from across the business so teams can collaborate more effectively and move with greater agility. It strengthens our ability to execute on our strategy while supporting Galderma’s continued growth in the United States,” says Silvina Nordenstohl, head of US, ad interim at Galderma, in a release.
Long-Term US Investment
The new headquarters is one component of a larger investment plan in the US market. Galderma previously announced a commitment to invest more than $650 million in US manufacturing through 2030. This investment supports a portfolio that includes injectable aesthetics, dermatological skincare, and therapeutic dermatology. Its portfolio includes brands such as Dysport, Restylane, Sculptra, Cetaphil, Alastin, and Nemluvio.
