A tiny waist and an ample derriere is a look that is now being sought out more than ever.
It’s not just a Hollywood obsession, but women here in Houston want the look too.
“You don’t want to be walking around like a broomstick.” said singer/songwriter, Kat St. John.
She admits she has gone under the knife to improve her looks on stage.
“Buttock augmentation and the hourglass tummy tuck, those are the main procedures that people are looking for.” said Doctor Wilberto Cortes, better known as Dr. Hourglass.
The Houston-based plastic surgeon offers a behind-the-scenes look at the procedures. It’s something that few other plastic surgeons offer.
The doctor uses social media to stream his surgeries live, giving viewers a glimpse of how he changes the female form.
