NexTech Systems Inc this week announced the release of its newest module, NexReminder. NexTech’s Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Bariatric Surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Otolaryngology, Cardiology, OBGYN, Surgery Centers, and Medical Spa practices will be able to minimize missed appointments, and receive patient confirmations directly in their NexTech schedule, viaNexReminder.
The appointment reminders are sent through NexTech text message technology directly to patients’ cell phones through NexReminder, and patients are able to text back appointment confirmation immediately.
NexReminder features include automated patient appointment message reminding; automatic confirmation received in NexTech schedule; closing the loop on patient appointments; and reducing no-show appointments.
