Allergan Inc, manufacturer of wrinkle fillers and other drugs, and Clinique Laboratories LLC, cosmetics manufacturer, will collaborate to develop a new skin-care line set to launch this fall.
The skin care line will use the Clinique brand name and offer skin-care products that will work with in-office procedures. The products will be sold exclusively in physicians’ offices.
The product line will be allergy-tested and fragrance-free. Clinique will formulate, develop, and make the products, and Allergan will record sales to physicians and handle consumer and professional marketing and distribution.
