Health Canada’s licensing of the PicoPretty Q-Switched ND:YAG Laser expands Canadian providers’ access to a multi-mode platform for tattoo removal, pigmentation treatment, skin rejuvenation, vascular applications, and hair reduction.
Rejuva Fresh has received Health Canada approval for its PicoPretty Q-Switched ND:YAG Laser Machine, allowing the device to be used in medical spas and aesthetic clinics across Canada. The system, which received Licence No 115678, provides a platform for tattoo removal, pigmentation treatment, skin rejuvenation, vascular applications, and hair reduction.
The device integrates picosecond, long pulse, and genesis technologies. According to the manufacturer, the platform is designed to treat all Fitzpatrick skin types with minimal downtime. Its specific applications include clearing melasma and age spots, shattering multi-colored tattoo ink, and targeting vascular veins and benign skin lesions.

The system is built with a Xenon lamp imported from the UK and a 2000W power supply. It also utilizes a lens made in the US to purify the laser beam for precise energy delivery. For safety and maintenance, the device includes monitors for water temperature and flow, as well as an external filter that can be replaced without opening the main shell of the machine.
Based in the US, Rejuva Fresh develops aesthetic equipment and offers a variety of systems for non-invasive aesthetic and wellness needs. The company states that the long pulse mode also serves as a hair reduction option for darker skin tones.
